{"data":{"id":"us-id/idaho-code-54-4713","jurisdiction":"us-id","citation":"Idaho Code § 54-4713","heading":"Penalties.","body":"(1) A person who violates any provision of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be guilty of a misdemeanor.\n(2) In the event a permanent injunction is entered against such person or plea or verdict of guilty is entered in any criminal matter, a civil penalty in the amount of all costs and fees incurred in prosecuting the matter may be imposed.\n(3) The representation to another person that a person holds a license, certification or permit pursuant to this chapter, when such representation is untrue, constitutes the using of a method, act or practice which is declared to be unlawful under the provisions of chapter 6, title 48, Idaho Code.","path":["TITLE 54 PROFESSIONS, VOCATIONS, AND BUSINESSES","CHAPTER 47 ACUPUNCTURE"],"source_url":"https://legislature.idaho.gov/statutesrules/idstat/title54/t54ch47/sect54-4713/","current_through":"2026 Legislative Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-04T11:23:05Z","sha256":"087f62b0522b5dc40cd086b371200a76b0e6c29e81ce5274dedea5a5f438ef95","source_id":"us-id","stale":false,"prev":"us-id/idaho-code-54-4712","next":"us-id/idaho-code-54-4801"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
