{"data":{"id":"us-id/idaho-code-55-1904","jurisdiction":"us-id","citation":"Idaho Code § 55-1904","heading":"Records of survey — When filing required.","body":"After making a land survey in conformity with established principles of land surveying, a surveyor shall file a record of survey with the county recorder in the county or counties wherein the lands surveyed are situated. A record of survey shall be filed within ninety (90) days after completing any survey which:\n(1) Discloses a material discrepancy with previous surveys of record;\n(2) Establishes boundary lines and/or corners not previously existing or of record;\n(3) Results in the setting of monuments at corners of record which were not previously monumented;\n(4) Produces evidence or information which varies from, or is not contained in, surveys of record relating to the public land survey, lost public land corners or obliterated land survey corners; or\n(5) Results in the setting of monuments that conform to the requirements of section 54-1227, Idaho Code, at the corners of an easement or lease area.","path":["TITLE 55 PROPERTY IN GENERAL","CHAPTER 19 RECORDING OF SURVEYS"],"source_url":"https://legislature.idaho.gov/statutesrules/idstat/title55/t55ch19/sect55-1904/","current_through":"2026 Legislative Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-04T11:23:12Z","sha256":"9029aa586e7f3079598243e9f4f116e8302b027ea6f7a2d8494a97f704e08cd7","source_id":"us-id","stale":false,"prev":"us-id/idaho-code-55-1903","next":"us-id/idaho-code-55-1905"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
