{"data":{"id":"us-id/idaho-code-55-2009d","jurisdiction":"us-id","citation":"Idaho Code § 55-2009D","heading":"release of owner’s interest in abandoned home.","body":"(1) A legal owner of an abandoned home in the possession of a person holding a lien under the provisions of this chapter may release any interest in the home after the lien has attached.\n(2) The release shall contain the following information:\n(a) A description of the abandoned home, including the year, make and vehicle identification number;\n(b) The names and addresses of the legal owners of record;\n(c) A statement of the amount of the lien and the facts concerning the claim which give rise to the lien; and\n(d) A statement that the person releasing the interest understands that he or she has a legal right to a hearing in court prior to the sale of the abandoned home and that he or she waives the right to contest the claim.\n(3) A copy of the release shall be filed with the department in connection with the transfer of interest in an abandoned home under the provisions of this section.","path":["TITLE 55 PROPERTY IN GENERAL","CHAPTER 20 MANUFACTURED HOME RESIDENCY ACT"],"source_url":"https://legislature.idaho.gov/statutesrules/idstat/title55/t55ch20/sect55-2009d/","current_through":"2026 Legislative Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-04T11:23:12Z","sha256":"45cdc1cbe57c2ca2070ea4282d0277699b1c6b0bbcabc46854e777b176dd360e","source_id":"us-id","stale":false,"prev":"us-id/idaho-code-55-2009c","next":"us-id/idaho-code-55-2009e"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
