{"data":{"id":"us-id/idaho-code-55-3007","jurisdiction":"us-id","citation":"Idaho Code § 55-3007","heading":"Notice.","body":"(1) A copy of an environmental covenant shall be provided by the persons and in the manner required by the agency to:\n(a) Each person that signed the covenant;\n(b) Each person holding a recorded interest in the real property subject to the covenant;\n(c) Each person in possession of the real property subject to the covenant;\n(d) Each municipality or other unit of local government in which real property subject to the covenant is located; and\n(e) Any other person the agency requires.\n(2) The validity of a covenant is not affected by failure to provide a copy of the covenant as required under this section.","path":["TITLE 55 PROPERTY IN GENERAL","CHAPTER 30 UNIFORM ENVIRONMENTAL COVENANTS ACT"],"source_url":"https://legislature.idaho.gov/statutesrules/idstat/title55/t55ch30/sect55-3007/","current_through":"2026 Legislative Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-04T11:23:15Z","sha256":"a1f54f8dcaa19bc704958324b1d554c47c15708505286dabc5549cead8254f0a","source_id":"us-id","stale":false,"prev":"us-id/idaho-code-55-3006","next":"us-id/idaho-code-55-3008"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
