{"data":{"id":"us-id/idaho-code-58-415","jurisdiction":"us-id","citation":"Idaho Code § 58-415","heading":"Measuring method used in sale of state-owned forest products.","body":"For sales of forest products from state lands, the state board of land commissioners shall cause the forest products to be measured, in lieu of selling by lump sum based on a cruise, unless in the discretion of the state board of land commissioners it shall be in the interest of the state to use the lump sum method.
