{"data":{"id":"us-id/idaho-code-62-422","jurisdiction":"us-id","citation":"Idaho Code § 62-422","heading":"Equipment of track motor cars.","body":"Every individual, firm or corporation, operating or controlling any railroad which is a common carrier shall equip each of its track motor cars with:\n(1) A windshield, with a transparent section, or sections, of sufficient height and width to reasonably protect the occupants of the car, and equipped with a device, which must be kept in good working order, with which the operator can clean rain, snow and other moisture from the windshield.\n(2) A canopy or top adequate to protect the occupants of the car from sun, rain, snow or other inclement weather.\n(3) A first aid kit to be maintained with sufficient supplies to render ordinary first aid to the usual number of occupants of the car.","path":["TITLE 62 RAILROADS AND OTHER PUBLIC UTILITIES","CHAPTER 4 OPERATION OF RAILROADS"],"source_url":"https://legislature.idaho.gov/statutesrules/idstat/title62/t62ch4/sect62-422/","current_through":"2026 Legislative Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-04T11:23:40Z","sha256":"f0c05f02d381a364b651936a939f710b38526edd02ad053e1246352ab7964388","source_id":"us-id","stale":false,"prev":"us-id/idaho-code-62-421","next":"us-id/idaho-code-62-423"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
