{"data":{"id":"us-id/idaho-code-67-2401","jurisdiction":"us-id","citation":"Idaho Code § 67-2401","heading":"Gubernatorial responsibility — Administrative departments created.","body":"The supreme executive power of the state is vested by the Constitution, article 4, section 5, in the governor, who is expressly charged with the duty of seeing that the laws are faithfully executed.
