{"data":{"id":"us-id/idaho-code-67-2512","jurisdiction":"us-id","citation":"Idaho Code § 67-2512","heading":"STATE WEBSITES TO INCLUDE rule and policy documents.","body":"(1) Each department of the state of Idaho identified in section 67-2402(1), Idaho Code, including each division, bureau, section, commission, or other sub-entity of the executive department of state and each constitutional officer identified in section 67-2402(2), Idaho Code, shall, if such department, sub-entity, or officer maintains a website, include on such website any administrative rules or policies promulgated by the department, sub-entity, or officer.
