{"data":{"id":"us-id/idaho-code-67-7420","jurisdiction":"us-id","citation":"Idaho Code § 67-7420","heading":"Contracts for major procurements.","body":"Subject to the approval of the commission, the director may solicit bids and enter into major procurement contracts.
