{"data":{"id":"us-id/idaho-code-67-7443","jurisdiction":"us-id","citation":"Idaho Code § 67-7443","heading":"Conflict of interest.","body":"Members of the commission, the director, and the employees of the lottery shall not directly or indirectly, individually, or as a member of a partnership, or as a shareholder of a corporation, or as a participant in a joint venture or association with any other person, have an interest in dealing in a lottery or in the ownership or leasing of property used by or for a lottery.
