{"data":{"id":"us-id/idaho-code-67-7451","jurisdiction":"us-id","citation":"Idaho Code § 67-7451","heading":"Audit of funds — Reports.","body":"(1) The right is reserved to the state of Idaho to audit funds of the commission at any time.\n(2) On or before January 15 of each year, the director shall file a report with:\n(a) The senate state affairs committee;\n(b) The house state affairs committee;\n(c) The legislative services office;\n(d) The state controller;\n(e) The division of financial management; and\n(f) The joint finance-appropriations committee. Notwithstanding any other provision of this chapter, the joint finance-appropriations committee may, by appropriation, measure, limit, or modify proposed expenditures of the commission.\n(3) The report shall:\n(a) Show the annual income and expenses by standard classification of the commission during the preceding fiscal year;\n(b) Include an estimate of income to the commission for the current and next fiscal years and a projection of anticipated expenses by category for the current and next fiscal years; and\n(c) Include a reconciliation between the estimated income and expenses projected and the actual income and expenses of the preceding fiscal year.","path":["TITLE 67 STATE GOVERNMENT AND STATE AFFAIRS","CHAPTER 74 IDAHO STATE LOTTERY"],"source_url":"https://legislature.idaho.gov/statutesrules/idstat/title67/t67ch74/sect67-7451/","current_through":"2026 Legislative Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-04T11:24:25Z","sha256":"f6228c25dae0eb2481316ea6c6e7fdb17b8862bd3474e3a8372e1bd38099506c","source_id":"us-id","stale":false,"prev":"us-id/idaho-code-67-7450","next":"us-id/idaho-code-67-7452"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
