{"data":{"id":"us-id/idaho-code-69-211","jurisdiction":"us-id","citation":"Idaho Code § 69-211","heading":"Fees of department.","body":"(1) The department shall charge, assess, and cause to be collected an annual fee for each warehouse license or renewal thereof, according to the following schedule:\nFor each original application —\nFor each renewal application —\n(2) The department shall assess and collect a fee of one hundred dollars ($100) for each inspection of a warehouse or station which is done for the purpose of amending a warehouse license.\n(3) The department shall assess and collect a fee of two hundred fifty dollars ($250) per day or fraction thereof for maintaining each employee of the department at a warehouse to oversee the correction of a violation of the provisions of this chapter or the rules promulgated hereunder.\n(4) Upon approval by the department, a warehouseman may operate two (2) or more warehouses under a single warehouse license.\n(5) All fees shall be deposited into the commodity indemnity fund.","path":["TITLE 69 WAREHOUSES","CHAPTER 2 BONDED WAREHOUSE LAW"],"source_url":"https://legislature.idaho.gov/statutesrules/idstat/title69/t69ch2/sect69-211/","current_through":"2026 Legislative Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-04T11:24:32Z","sha256":"0384c9c2bc0f8944bce020678c058d7d67ec7216773419a7fe339e492c346a27","source_id":"us-id","stale":false,"prev":"us-id/idaho-code-69-210","next":"us-id/idaho-code-69-212"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
