{"data":{"id":"us-id/idaho-code-7-1010","jurisdiction":"us-id","citation":"Idaho Code § 7-1010","heading":"Continuing jurisdiction to enforce child-support order.","body":"(1) A tribunal of this state that has issued a child-support order consistent with the law of this state may serve as an initiating tribunal to request a tribunal of another state to enforce:\n(a) The order if the order is the controlling order and has not been modified by a tribunal of another state that assumed jurisdiction pursuant to the uniform interstate family support act; or\n(b) A money judgment for arrears of support and interest on the order accrued before a determination that an order of a tribunal of another state is the controlling order.\n(2) A tribunal of this state having continuing jurisdiction over a support order may act as a responding tribunal to enforce the order.","path":["TITLE 7 SPECIAL PROCEEDINGS","CHAPTER 10 UNIFORM INTERSTATE FAMILY SUPPORT ACT"],"source_url":"https://legislature.idaho.gov/statutesrules/idstat/title7/t7ch10/sect7-1010/","current_through":"2026 Legislative Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-04T11:16:26Z","sha256":"a00b847065b7a15c98150fbb4673e7291a0e66fc9023fad2d59086006bc7f3b0","source_id":"us-id","stale":false,"prev":"us-id/idaho-code-7-1009","next":"us-id/idaho-code-7-1011"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
