{"data":{"id":"us-id/idaho-code-7-1111","jurisdiction":"us-id","citation":"Idaho Code § 7-1111","heading":"Commencement of proceedings.","body":"(1) Proceedings are commenced by either the filing of a verified voluntary acknowledgment of parentage executed by both the mother and father of the child; or by the filing of a verified complaint, alleging that the person named as defendant is the father of the child and petitioning the court to issue a summons. The service of summons, the complaint, and all pleadings shall be in accordance with the Idaho rules of civil procedure.\n(2) A voluntary acknowledgment of parentage may be executed by the mother, whether a minor or not, and the father, whether a minor or not, and regardless of the marital status of the mother or father.
