{"data":{"id":"us-id/idaho-code-71-411","jurisdiction":"us-id","citation":"Idaho Code § 71-411","heading":"Standard weight and tare ticket.","body":"(1) All commodities weighed on public platform scales, having a capacity of five (5) tons or more, shall be recorded on standard weight and tare ticket prepared in triplicate, stating:\n(a) Name and address of licensed weighing agency;\n(b) Serial number;\n(c) Date;\n(d) Owner of commodity weighed;\n(e) Kind of commodity being weighed;\n(f) Gross weight of load;\n(g) Tare;\n(h) Net weight; and\n(i) Full signature of weigher.\n(2) Weight and tare tickets shall be kept and maintained by the weighmaster or the weighing facility for three (3) years.","path":["TITLE 71 WEIGHTS AND MEASURES","CHAPTER 4 LICENSING OF WEIGHMASTERS"],"source_url":"https://legislature.idaho.gov/statutesrules/idstat/title71/t71ch4/sect71-411/","current_through":"2026 Legislative Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-04T11:24:38Z","sha256":"b8f26b8c8d68b5af9eb127fe3f24869fd5f6c279f415b0abdab04f4eb4272528","source_id":"us-id","stale":false,"prev":"us-id/idaho-code-71-409","next":"us-id/idaho-code-72-101"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
