{"data":{"id":"us-id/idaho-code-72-1018","jurisdiction":"us-id","citation":"Idaho Code § 72-1018","heading":"Award of compensation.","body":"(1) The commission shall award compensation benefits under this chapter, if satisfied by a preponderance of the evidence that the requirements for compensation have been met.\n(2) An award may be made whether or not any person is prosecuted or convicted.
