{"data":{"id":"us-id/idaho-code-72-1452","jurisdiction":"us-id","citation":"Idaho Code § 72-1452","heading":"Review of disability.","body":"Upon application of a firefighter receiving a disability benefit, irrespective of the date of retirement, whether service or nonservice connected, or upon the board’s own motion, the disability shall be reviewed by the board to determine whether a change of condition has occurred which would justify increasing or decreasing the disability benefit. The board may make such order as is appropriate.
