{"data":{"id":"us-id/idaho-code-72-428","jurisdiction":"us-id","citation":"Idaho Code § 72-428","heading":"Scheduled income benefits for loss or losses of use of bodily members.","body":"An employee who suffers a permanent disability less than total and permanent shall, in addition to the income benefits payable during the period of recovery, be paid income benefits for such permanent disability in an amount equal to fifty-five percent (55%) of the average weekly state wage stated against the following scheduled permanent impairments respectively:\n(1) Amputations of Upper Extremities\nForequarter amputation\nDisarticulation at shoulder joint\nAmputation of arm above deltoid insertion\nAmputation of arm between deltoid\ninsertion and elbow joint\nDisarticulation at elbow joint\nAmputation of forearm below elbow joint\nproximal to insertion of biceps tendon\nAmputation of forearm below elbow joint\ndistal to insertion of biceps tendon\nDisarticulation at wrist joint\nMidcarpal or mid-metacarpal\namputation of hand\nAmputation of all fingers except thumb\nat metacarpophalangeal joints\nAmputation of thumb\nAt metacarpophalangeal joint\nor with resection of\ncarpometacarpal bone\nAt interphalangeal joint\nAmputation of index finger\nAt metacarpophalangeal joint\nor with resection of metacarpal bone\nAt proximal interphalangeal joint\nAt distal interphalangeal joint\nAmputation of middle finger\nAt metacarpophalangeal joint or with\nresection of metacarpal bone\nAt proximal interphalangeal joint\nAt distal interphalangeal joint\nAmputation of ring finger\nAt metacarpophalangeal joint or with\nresection of metacarpal bone\nAt proximal interphalangeal joint\nAt distal interphalangeal joint\nAmputation of little finger\nAt metacarpophalangeal joint or with\nresection of metacarpal bone\nAt proximal interphalangeal joint\nAt distal interphalangeal joint\n(2) Amputations of Lower Extremities\nHemipelvectomy\nDisarticulation at hip joint\nAmputation above knee joint with\nshort thigh stump (3\" or less\nbelow tuberosity of ischium)\nAmputation above knee joint\nwith functional stump\nDisarticulation at knee joint\nGritti-Stokes amputation\nAmputation below knee joint with\nshort stump (3\" or less below\nintercondylar notch)\nAmputation below knee joint with\nfunctional stump\nAmputation at ankle (Syme)\nPartial amputation of foot (Chopart’s)\nMid-metatarsal amputation\nAmputation of all toes\nAt metatarsophalangeal joints\nAmputation of great toe\nWith resection of metatarsal bone\nAt metatarsophalangeal joint\nAt interphalangeal joint\nAmputation of lesser toe (2nd-5th)\nWith resection of metatarsal bone\nAt metatarsophalangeal joint\nAt proximal interphalangeal joint\nAt distal interphalangeal joint\n(3) Loss of Vision and Hearing\nTotal loss of vision of one eye 150\nLoss of one eye by enucleation 175\nTotal loss of binaural hearing 175\n(4) Total loss of use. Income benefits payable for permanent disability attributable to permanent total loss of use or comparable total loss of use of a member shall not be less than as for the loss of the member.\n(5) Partial loss or partial loss of use. Income benefits payable for permanent partial disability attributable to permanent partial loss or loss of use, of a member shall be not less than for a period as the permanent impairment attributable to the partial loss or loss of use of the member bears to total loss of the member.\n(6) Delay in rating.
