{"data":{"id":"us-id/idaho-code-73-221","jurisdiction":"us-id","citation":"Idaho Code § 73-221","heading":"Report required of commission.","body":"The commission shall, thirty (30) days prior to the time each regular session of the legislature shall convene, furnish to the governor and secretary of state a report of its proceedings, and an analysis of its financial requirements for the next ensuing year or biennium, and its recommendations.
