{"data":{"id":"us-id/idaho-code-9-807","jurisdiction":"us-id","citation":"Idaho Code § 9-807","heading":"Prohibited mediator reports.","body":"(1) Except as otherwise provided in subsection (2) of this section, a mediator may not make a report, assessment, evaluation, recommendation, finding, or other communication regarding a mediation to a court, administrative agency, or other authority that may make a ruling on the dispute that is the subject of the mediation.\n(2) A mediator may disclose:\n(a) Whether the mediation occurred or has terminated, whether a settlement was reached, and attendance;\n(b) A mediation communication as permitted pursuant to section 9-806, Idaho Code; or\n(c) A mediation communication evidencing abuse, neglect, abandonment, or exploitation of an individual to a public agency responsible for protecting individuals against such mistreatment.\n(3) A communication made in violation of subsection (1) of this section may not be considered by a court, administrative agency, or arbitrator.","path":["TITLE 9 EVIDENCE","CHAPTER 8 UNIFORM MEDIATION ACT"],"source_url":"https://legislature.idaho.gov/statutesrules/idstat/title9/t9ch8/sect9-807/","current_through":"2026 Legislative Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-04T11:16:33Z","sha256":"901526ffd131c17ea8bc86d4c472a86598660737855a1b531f561f4025d68645","source_id":"us-id","stale":false,"prev":"us-id/idaho-code-9-806","next":"us-id/idaho-code-9-808"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
