{"data":{"id":"us-il/105-ilcs-5-2-3.178","jurisdiction":"us-il","citation":"105 ILCS 5/2-3.178","heading":"K-12 Recycling Grant Program.","body":"(a) Subject to appropriation, the State Board of Education must create and administer the K-12 Recycling Grant Program to provide grants to school districts for the implementation or improvement of a school's recycling program.
