{"data":{"id":"us-il/105-ilcs-5-33-3","jurisdiction":"us-il","citation":"105 ILCS 5/33-3","heading":"President, secretary and treasurer.","body":"At the first regular meeting of the board in July of each year, or as soon thereafter as may be, the board shall choose 1 of its number as president, and shall appoint a secretary and a treasurer, who need not be members of the board. The president, secretary and treasurer shall hold their offices for 1 year and until their successors are appointed and qualified.
