{"data":{"id":"us-il/110-ilcs-118-20","jurisdiction":"us-il","citation":"110 ILCS 118/20","heading":"Admission requirements.","body":"(Section scheduled to be repealed on July 1, 2027)\n(a) To qualify for admission under this Act, an applicant must:\n(1) submit an application before the expiration of any application filing deadline established by the institution; and\n(2) provide a high school transcript or diploma that satisfies the requirements of subsection (b) of this Section.\n(b) For purposes of subdivision (2) of subsection (a) of this Section, a student's official transcript or diploma must, not later than the end of the student's junior year, indicate:\n(1) whether the student has satisfied or is on schedule to satisfy the requirements of item (A) of subdivision (2) of subsection (a) of Section 15 of this Act; or\n(2) if subsection (b) of Section 15 of this Act applies to the student, whether the student has completed the portion of the college preparatory curriculum that was available to the student.","path":["CHAPTER 110 HIGHER EDUCATION","Public University Uniform Admission Pilot Program Act."],"source_url":"https://www.ilga.gov/legislation/ILCS/details?ActID=4026\u0026ChapterID=18\u0026ChapAct=FullText\u0026Print=True","current_through":"at least Public Act 104-790","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-15T04:46:27Z","sha256":"b15dd14a7a22252150682fab7e4762297063970bfda6ac302a2f70800fdac75e","source_id":"us-il","stale":false,"prev":"us-il/110-ilcs-118-15","next":"us-il/110-ilcs-118-25"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
