{"data":{"id":"us-il/110-ilcs-153-15-20","jurisdiction":"us-il","citation":"110 ILCS 153/15-20","heading":"ISERRA Advocate.","body":"(This Section may contain text from a Public Act with a delayed effective date)\n(a) The ISERRA Advocate appointed by the Attorney General under Section 30-5 of the Service Member Employment and Reemployment Rights Act shall enforce this Act on behalf of the Attorney General.\n(b) Through the ISERRA Advocate, the Attorney General shall have the power to:\n(1) establish and make available a program to provide training to institutions and service member students;\n(2) prepare and make available interpretive and educational materials and programs;\n(3) respond to informal inquiries made by institutions, service member students, and interested members of the public;\n(4) prepare and make available the notice required under Section 5-45 on the rights, benefits, and obligations under this Act; and\n(5) investigate allegations of violations of this Act on behalf of the Attorney General.","path":["CHAPTER 110 HIGHER EDUCATION","Service Member Education Rights Veneration Act."],"source_url":"https://www.ilga.gov/legislation/ILCS/details?ActID=4692\u0026ChapterID=18\u0026ChapAct=FullText\u0026Print=True","current_through":"at least Public Act 104-790","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-15T04:46:27Z","sha256":"d1b5159bf6bfbacb31ff7602773eb78f8378fdc603c966eabc17f2ecf886c50a","source_id":"us-il","stale":false,"prev":"us-il/110-ilcs-153-15-5","next":"us-il/110-ilcs-153-15-25"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
