{"data":{"id":"us-il/110-ilcs-947-120","jurisdiction":"us-il","citation":"110 ILCS 947/120","heading":"Penalty for fraudulent information.","body":"Any person who by means of any false statement, wilful misrepresentation, or through other fraudulent device obtains or attempts to obtain or aids or abets any person in obtaining a scholarship, grant, monetary award, or guaranteed loan under this Act or Section 30-14.2 of the School Code to which the person is not entitled shall be guilty of a Class B misdemeanor.
