{"data":{"id":"us-il/15-ilcs-510-7a","jurisdiction":"us-il","citation":"15 ILCS 510/7a","heading":"Terms; compensation.","body":"Members of the Personnel Review Board shall initially be appointed as follows:\n(a) One member to serve for 2 years and until a successor is appointed;\n(b) One member to serve for 4 years and until a successor is appointed; and\n(c) One member to serve for 6 years and until a successor is appointed.\nThereafter, members of the Board shall be appointed by the Treasurer for 6-year terms with the advice and consent of the Senate. One member of the Board shall be appointed a chairperson for a 2-year term.
