Each application for renewal of a lottery license must be accompanied by a renewal fee of $25. Each lottery licensee granted on-line status pursuant to the Department's rules must pay a fee of $10 per week as partial reimbursement for telecommunications charges incurred by the Department in providing access to the lottery's on-line gaming system.
