A list of those drugs approved pursuant to these procedures shall be distributed to all Department facilities.\nDrugs not listed by the Department may not be administered in facilities under the jurisdiction of the Department, provided that an unlisted drug may be administered as part of research with the prior written consent of the Secretary specifying the nature of the permitted use and the physicians authorized to prescribe the drug.
