{"data":{"id":"us-il/20-ilcs-2105-2105-15.2","jurisdiction":"us-il","citation":"20 ILCS 2105/2105-15.2","heading":"Professional Regulation Evidence Fund; dissolution.","body":"(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2027)\nOn July 1, 2026 or as soon thereafter as practical, the State Comptroller shall direct and the State Treasurer shall transfer the remaining balance from the Professional Regulation Evidence Fund into the General Professions Dedicated Fund. Upon completion of the transfer, the Professional Regulation Evidence Fund is dissolved, and any future deposits due to that Fund and any outstanding obligations or liabilities of that Fund shall pass to the General Professions Dedicated Fund.
