{"data":{"id":"us-il/20-ilcs-2105-2105-378","jurisdiction":"us-il","citation":"20 ILCS 2105/2105-378","heading":"Continuing education; simulation training.","body":"(a) As used in this Section, \"health care professional\" means a person licensed or registered by the Department under the following Acts: the Medical Practice Act of 1987; the Nurse Practice Act; the Physician Assistant Practice Act of 1987; or the Registered Surgical Assistant and Registered Surgical Technologist Title Protection Act.\n(b) Simulation training by an approved sponsor as specified in a health care professional's licensing Act or applicable administrative rules shall be acceptable for the purposes of earning continuing education credit.","path":["CHAPTER 20 EXECUTIVE BRANCH","Civil Administrative Code of Illinois.
