Notwithstanding any other provisions of law, the Division shall serve as the investigative body for the Illinois State Police for purposes of compliance with the provisions of Sections 12.6 and 12.7 of the Illinois State Police Act.","path":["CHAPTER 20 EXECUTIVE BRANCH","Civil Administrative Code of Illinois.
