The Council shall deposit all federal moneys received under this Section into the Illinois Arts Council Federal Grant Fund. Moneys on deposit in the Illinois Arts Council Federal Grant Fund shall be used by the Council for the purposes for which those moneys were received to enhance the arts sector of the State and to maintain programs authorized by this Act.\nThe Illinois Arts Council State Trust Fund is created as a State trust fund to be held outside the State treasury, with the State Treasurer as ex officio custodian. The Council shall deposit into the Illinois Arts Council State Trust Fund all moneys received under this Section not otherwise required to be deposited into the Illinois Arts Council Federal Grant Fund.
