{"data":{"id":"us-il/20-ilcs-3955-23","jurisdiction":"us-il","citation":"20 ILCS 3955/23","heading":"","body":"(Text of Section before amendment by P.A. 104-465)\nIf a regional authority finds that:\nA. a matter should be further considered;\nB. an act investigated should be modified or cancelled;\nC. a statute or regulation should be altered;\nD. reasons should be given for an act; or\nE. any other action should be taken;\nit shall report its recommendations to the State agency, service provider or other person investigated.
