{"data":{"id":"us-il/20-ilcs-3960-18","jurisdiction":"us-il","citation":"20 ILCS 3960/18","heading":"","body":"(Section scheduled to be repealed on December 31, 2029)\nThe Illinois Administrative Procedure Act, as now or hereafter amended, is hereby expressly adopted and incorporated herein and shall apply to the State Board and the Agency as if all of the provisions of such Act were included in this Act; except that in case of a conflict between the Administrative Procedure Act and this Act the provisions of this Act shall control.
