Consider and study the benefits to be derived from holding a World's Fair in Chicago in the year 1976 to commemorate the bicentennial anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence and to prepare a survey or report which will serve as a basis for such a World's Fair in the event that approval of such World's Fair may be obtained from the United States Government.\n2.
