On July 1, 2023, and on each July 1 thereafter, the Director shall receive an increase in salary based on a cost of living adjustment as authorized by Senate Joint Resolution 192 of the 86th General Assembly.\nFor terms beginning on or after January 18, 2027, each Assistant Director of Natural Resources shall receive an annual salary of $181,200 or as set by the Governor, whichever is higher.
