{"data":{"id":"us-il/205-ilcs-740-5","jurisdiction":"us-il","citation":"205 ILCS 740/5","heading":"Application for original license.","body":"Application for an original license shall be made to the Secretary on forms provided by the Department or through a multi-state licensing system as designated by the Secretary.
