{"data":{"id":"us-il/210-ilcs-49-5-113","jurisdiction":"us-il","citation":"210 ILCS 49/5-113","heading":"Specialized mental health rehabilitation facility; one payment.","body":"Notwithstanding any other provision of this Act to the contrary, beginning January 1, 2025, there shall be a separate per diem paid solely and exclusively to facilities licensed under this Act that are licensed for only single occupancy rooms and have reduced their licensed capacity. No facility licensed under this Act shall be eligible for these payments if the facility contains any rooms that house more than a single occupant and has failed to reduce the facility's licensed capacity.\nThe payment shall be a per diem payment. For facilities with less than 100 licensed beds, the payment shall result in a rate not less than $240 per day. For facilities with 100 licensed beds to 130 licensed beds, the payment shall result in a rate not less than $230 per day. For facilities with more than 130 licensed beds, the payment shall result in a rate of not less than $220 per day. All rates shall be based upon the new licensed capacity.\nFacilities receiving payments under this Section shall receive payment as prescribed under Section 5-101.\nBeginning July 1, 2026, for facilities with less than 100 licensed beds, the payment shall result in a rate not less than $247.50 per day. Beginning July 1, 2026, for facilities with 100 licensed beds to 130 licensed beds, the payment shall result in a rate not less than $237.50 per day.
