{"data":{"id":"us-il/210-ilcs-65-40","jurisdiction":"us-il","citation":"210 ILCS 65/40","heading":"Operation without a license.","body":"Any not-for-profit corporation that operates a Supportive Residence without a valid license from the Department after the effective date of this Act is guilty of a business offense and shall be fined an amount in excess of $500 but not exceeding $10,000. Each day of violation is a separate violation.
