{"data":{"id":"us-il/210-ilcs-65-50","jurisdiction":"us-il","citation":"210 ILCS 65/50","heading":"Grounds for denial or revocation of a license.","body":"The Department may deny or bring proceedings to revoke a license if the applicant or licensee has been convicted of a felony or 2 or more misdemeanors involving moral turpitude, as shown by a certified copy of the court of conviction; if the Department determines after investigation that such person has not been sufficiently rehabilitated to warrant the public trust; or upon other satisfactory evidence that the moral character of the applicant or licensee is not reputable.
