{"data":{"id":"us-il/210-ilcs-9-73","jurisdiction":"us-il","citation":"210 ILCS 9/73","heading":"Posting of Long Term Care Ombudsman Program information.","body":"(a) Except as provided under subsection (b), all licensed establishments shall post on the home page of the establishment's website the following:\n(1) The Long Term Care Ombudsman Program's statewide toll-free telephone number.\n(2) A link to the Long Term Care Ombudsman Program's website.\n(b) An establishment:\n(1) may comply with this Section by posting the required information on the website of the establishment's parent company if the establishment does not maintain a unique website;\n(2) is not required to comply with this Section if the establishment and any parent company do not maintain a website; and\n(3) is not required to comply with this Section in instances where the parent company operates in multiple states and the establishment does not maintain a unique website.","path":["CHAPTER 210 HEALTH FACILITIES AND REGULATION","Assisted Living and Shared Housing Act."],"source_url":"https://www.ilga.gov/legislation/ILCS/details?ActID=1217\u0026ChapterID=21\u0026ChapAct=FullText\u0026Print=True","current_through":"at least Public Act 104-790","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-15T04:46:29Z","sha256":"7f169d5e09f949499fe0cb5f94296ed6734f0a6b4bb92c98feb60ae90d1d5c7d","source_id":"us-il","stale":false,"prev":"us-il/210-ilcs-9-70","next":"us-il/210-ilcs-9-75"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
