{"data":{"id":"us-il/220-ilcs-5-13-505.6","jurisdiction":"us-il","citation":"220 ILCS 5/13-505.6","heading":"Unbundling of noncompetitive services.","body":"(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2030)\nA telecommunications carrier that provides both noncompetitive and competitive telecommunications services shall provide all noncompetitive telecommunications services on an unbundled basis to the same extent the Federal Communications Commission requires that carrier to unbundle the same services provided under its jurisdiction.
