{"data":{"id":"us-il/220-ilcs-5-16-111.6","jurisdiction":"us-il","citation":"220 ILCS 5/16-111.6","heading":"Termination of utility service to electric space-heating customers.","body":"Notwithstanding any other provision of this Act or any other law to the contrary, a public utility that, on December 31, 2005, served more than 100,000 electric customers in Illinois may not, prior to September 1, 2007, terminate electric service to a residential electric space-heating customer for non-payment.
