{"data":{"id":"us-il/220-ilcs-5-9-226","jurisdiction":"us-il","citation":"220 ILCS 5/9-226","heading":"","body":"In any general rate increase proceeding in which Section 9-225 of this Act applies, the following materials shall be made available to the Commission:\n(a) Copies of all advertisements and scripts included in the operating expense, listing the production costs for each ad, the publication schedule and costs for each ad;\n(b) Copies of all advertisements included in the operating expense purchased on a cooperative basis with manufacturers, developers or others and the company's cost for each ad; and\n(c) All expenses incurred by the utility included in the operating expense for ads or scripts produced by a trade association including all monies paid to the association for advertising purposes, either in the form of dues, assessments or subscriptions.","path":["CHAPTER 220 UTILITIES","Public Utilities Act."],"source_url":"https://www.ilga.gov/legislation/ILCS/details?ActID=1277\u0026ChapterID=23\u0026ChapAct=FullText\u0026Print=True","current_through":"at least Public Act 104-790","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-15T04:46:30Z","sha256":"4eb2e097ab1e7d8bfa74a666e62df4d72ee1b4902cc2eece44f2b050b236d788","source_id":"us-il","stale":false,"prev":"us-il/220-ilcs-5-9-225","next":"us-il/220-ilcs-5-9-226.5"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
