{"data":{"id":"us-il/225-ilcs-10-2.22a","jurisdiction":"us-il","citation":"225 ILCS 10/2.22a","heading":"Quality of care concerns applicant.","body":"\"Quality of care concerns applicant\" means an applicant for a foster care license or renewal of a foster care license where the applicant or any person living in the applicant's household:\n(1) has had a license issued under this Act revoked;\n(2) has surrendered a license issued under this Act for cause;\n(3) has had a license issued under this Act expire or has surrendered a license, while either an abuse or neglect investigation or licensing investigation was pending or an involuntary placement hold was placed on the home;\n(4) has been the subject of allegations of abuse or neglect;\n(5) has an indicated report of abuse or neglect;\n(6) has been the subject of certain types of involuntary placement holds or has been involved in certain types of substantiated licensing complaints, as specified and defined by Department rule; or\n(7) has requested a youth in care's removal from the home, either orally or in writing, on 5 or more occasions.","path":["CHAPTER 225 PROFESSIONS, OCCUPATIONS, AND BUSINESS OPERATIONS","Child Care Act of 1969."],"source_url":"https://www.ilga.gov/legislation/ILCS/details?ActID=1293\u0026ChapterID=24\u0026ChapAct=FullText\u0026Print=True","current_through":"at least Public Act 104-790","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-15T04:46:31Z","sha256":"9351c99f2bee3e163a47b2bc9e619a32b06a7090bde24b78262201b466f563f9","source_id":"us-il","stale":false,"prev":"us-il/225-ilcs-10-2.22","next":"us-il/225-ilcs-10-2.23"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
