{"data":{"id":"us-il/225-ilcs-10-8.2","jurisdiction":"us-il","citation":"225 ILCS 10/8.2","heading":"","body":"The Department may issue a conditional license to any early care and education provider (other than an early care and education center, early care and education home, or group early care and education home) which currently is licensed under this Act. The conditional license shall be a nonrenewable license for a period of 6 months and the Department shall revoke any other license held by the conditionally licensed provider. Conditional licenses shall only be granted to providers where no threat to the health, safety, morals or welfare of the children served exists. A complete listing of deficiencies and a corrective plan approved by the Department shall be in existence at the time a conditional license is issued.
