{"data":{"id":"us-il/225-ilcs-100-18.1","jurisdiction":"us-il","citation":"225 ILCS 100/18.1","heading":"Fee waivers.","body":"Notwithstanding any provision of law to the contrary, during State Fiscal Year 2023, the Department shall allow individuals a one-time waiver of fees imposed under Section 18 of this Act. No individual may benefit from such a waiver more than once.
