{"data":{"id":"us-il/225-ilcs-100-36","jurisdiction":"us-il","citation":"225 ILCS 100/36","heading":"Restoration of suspended or revoked license.","body":"(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2028)\nAt any time after the suspension or revocation of any license, the Department may restore it to the accused person upon the written recommendation of the Board, unless after an investigation and a hearing the Board determines that restoration is not in the public interest.
