{"data":{"id":"us-il/225-ilcs-100-38","jurisdiction":"us-il","citation":"225 ILCS 100/38","heading":"Temporary suspension of a license.","body":"(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2028)\nThe Secretary may temporarily suspend the license of a podiatric physician without a hearing, simultaneously with the institution of proceedings for a hearing provided for in Section 27 of this Act, if the Secretary finds that evidence in his or her possession indicates that a podiatric physician's continuation in practice would constitute an imminent danger to the public.
