{"data":{"id":"us-il/225-ilcs-106-160","jurisdiction":"us-il","citation":"225 ILCS 106/160","heading":"Summary suspension of license.","body":"(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2031)\nThe Secretary may summarily suspend the license of a respiratory care practitioner without a hearing, simultaneously with the institution of proceedings for a hearing provided for in Section 105 of this Act, if the Secretary finds that evidence in the Secretary's possession indicates that the continuation of practice by the respiratory care practitioner would constitute an imminent danger to the public.
